In this Order unless the context otherwise requfres- " stockfeed " means food normaJly meant for consumption by stock whether 01· not it meets the nutritional requirements of any particular type of stock. Interpreta tion " stock " means both animals and poulh·y. 3. No person shall sell, offer or expose for sale, stockfeed described or specified in the Schedule, at a price exceeding- (a) in the case of sale by wholesale, the ma.ll..-imum price, including sales tax, specified in column 2 of the Schedule; (b) in the case of sale by retail, the maximum price, including sales tax, specified in column 3 of the Schedule. l\lnximum prices of stockfoed 4. No person shall sell, offer or expose for sale anywhere in Zambia, whether by wholesale or retail or otherwise, stockfecd of any type or description, or bearing any brand or descriptive name, or in n. pack or unit of a qnantit,y different from that described or specified in tho Schedule hereto, unless and until the appropriate maximum price therefor hM been apprnved in writing by the Price ControUer or at a price exceeding the maximum price so approved.
