1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Foreign Title Organisations) (ExompLion Approval) ( o. 3) Order, 1980.

2. With respect to the Credit Agreement described in tho Schedule hereto, the Banque Francaise Du Commerce Ex­ terieur of France is hereby approved for the purpose of exemp­ tion from tax. J\pproval of foroign organ iso.tion

3. The income and emoluments of the foreign organisa­ tion referred to in paragraph 2 of this Order accruing w1der the Credit Agreement described in tho Schedule hereto shall be exempt from tax pursuant to paragraph 4 of the Second Schedule to the Act.
