Statute overview
About this statute
This section defines “licence” and “scheduled goods,” unless the context otherwise requires. No person may export any scheduled goods out of Zambia, subject to paragraph 4. Paragraph 3 does not apply to scheduled goods that are in transit through Zambia or exported under a licence if the exporter satisfies the Permanent Secretary about a prior contractual and legally enforceable obligation. Licences other than those covered by paragraph 4 are revoked.
