Dairy Produce Marketing and Levy (Dairy Produce Prices) (Amendment) Regulations, 1981

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Dairy Produce l\'[arketing and Levy (Dairy Produce Prices) (Amendment) Regulations, 1981, and shall be read as one with the Dairy Produce l\'[arketing and Levy (Dairy Produce Prices) Regula­ tions, hereinafter referred to as the principal Regulations. 2. Regulation 9 of the principal Regulations is amended by the deletion of " per gallon " and the substitution therefor of " per litre " Amendment of regulation 9

3. The principal Regulations are amended by the insertion immediately after regulation 9 of the following new regulation: · Insertion of new rtgulation 9A 9A. No person shall sell milk at a price in excess of the Maximum appropriate price specified in the Fifth Schedule. of !;,11<;:

4. The principal Regulations are amended by the deletion of the Third Schedule thereto and the substitution therefor of the Schedule set out in Appendix I hereto.

5. The principal Regulations are amended by the insertion inunediately after the Fourth Schedule of the Fifth Schedule set out in Appendix II hereto.
