Income Tax (Foreign Organisations) (Exemption Approval) (No. 3) (Amendment) Order, 1982

1. (l) This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Foreign Organisations) (Exemption Approval) (No. 3) (Amendment) Order, 1982, and shall be read as one with the Income Tax (Foreign Organisations) (Exemption Approval) (No. 3) Order, 1982, hereinafter referred to as the principal Order. Title and oommenco­ rnont. S,L No, 36 of 1982 (2) This Order shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 9th March, 1982.

2. Paragraph 3 of the principaJ Order is amended by the insertion immediately after "of this Order" of " (or of any foreign organisation which is a successor thereto or assignee thereof) ".

3. The Schedule to the principal Order is amended- (a) in item 9 of Part I, by the deletion of" Mitsui Com­ pany Limited " and the substitution therefor of " Mitsui & Co. Ltd. "; and (bl in paragraph 3 of Patt II, by the deletion of " Mitsui and Company Limited " and the substitution therefor of " Mitsui & Co. Ltd.". Amendmont of pa.ra.gra.ph 3 Amendment of Schedule K. S.
