Control of Goods (Essential Commodities) (Authorised Traders) Order, 1982

1. This Order may be cited as the Control of Goods Title (Essential Commodities) (Authorised Traders) Order, 1982.

2. The traders listed in the First Schedule a.re hereby authorised to trade in all essential commodities.

3. The powers of the Minister relating to the authorisation of traders contained in paragraph 3 and 4 of the Control of Goods (Essential Commodities) Regulations, 1981, a.re hereby delegated to the District E.xecutive Secretary of the district in which the trader carries on business. 4. (1) Every application for authorisation to trade in essential commodities shall be in Form I set out in the Second Schedule.
