This section revokes regulation 3 and replaces it with a new regulation. For this Act and these Regulations, Biands the Brand Districts are defined to match the areas covered by the districts/provinces described in the 1977 Division Order. This section replaces regulation 5 of the principal Regulations with a new regulation. Brand forms must use two letters and two digits in the specified layout, and the Registrar must keep a register of all possible brands. This provision amends the principal Regulations by revoking regulation 6 and replacing it with a new regulation.
