The First Schedule is amended by replacing Form 1 with a new form. These By-laws may be cited as the Lukulu District Title Conncil (Cattle Levy) By-laws, 1983. This section defines key terms used in the By-laws unless the context requires otherwise. People who slaughter cattle to sell the meat, or export cattle from the area, must pay a cattle levy of five kwacha per beast.
