“These Rules may be cited as the Nurses and Midwives Titlo (Appeals) Rules, 1984.”
These Rules may be cited as the Nurses and Midwives Titlo (Appeals) Rules, 1984. The High Court (Appeals) (General) Rules, 1984 apply to appeals to the High Court made under the Act, subject to any specific provisions of the Act. Supreme Court Rules apply to appeals to the Supreme Court brought under the Act, unless a specific provision of the Act says otherwise.
