27th January, 1984 Statutory lnstrumenta 37 GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBIA STATUTORY INSTRUMENT No. 14 OJl' 1984 The Taxation (Provisional Charging) Act (Laws, Volume Xll, Cap. 594) The Casino (Amendment) Bill (Provisional Charging) Order, 1984 WHEREAS it is proposed to introduce into the National Assembly a Bill, the short title of which is specified in the Schedule hereto, providing for the imposition or alteration of taxation; AND WHEREAS the aforesaid Bill is a Bill approved by the President: Now THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers contained in section two of the Taxation (Provisional Charging) Act, the following Order is hereby made: I. This Order may be cited as the Casino (Amendment) Bill (Provisional Charging) Order, 1984. Title 2. Subject to the provisions of the Taxation (Provisional Charging) Act, all the provisions of the Bill, the short title of which is specified in the Schedule hereto, shall, until the BiU becomes law, have the force of law as from the 28th January, 1984.
