Property Transfer Tax (Exemption) Order, 1985

1. This Order may be cited as the Property Transfer Tax Title (Exemption) Order, 1985.

2. There shall be exempt from tax under the Act a transfer Exemption of property by a shareholder of a company incorporated under the Companies Act, if such transfer is his contribution towards Cap. 686 the equity of that company.
