lat February, 1991 Statutory Instruments 35 GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBIA STATUTORY INSTRUMENT No. 18 OF J 99) The Chiefs Act (Laws, Volume IX, Cap. 479) The Chiefs (Recognition) (No. 5) Order, 1991 WHEREAS the Pr&sident is satisfied that the person named in the Schedule to this Order is entitled to hold the office specified in that Schedule ns required by subsection (2) of section three of the Chiefs Act : Now THEitm'ORE, in exercise of the powers contained in section three of the Chiefs Act, the following Order is hereby made: l. This Order may be cited as the Chiefs (Recognition) (No. 5) Order, 1991. 2. The person named in the Schedule to this Order is hereby recognised as being, within the area in Zambia described in the Schedule, the holder of the uffice specified in that Sche­ dule.
