1. Th.is Notice may be cited as the Control of Goods (Import Title Licence Fees) (Exemption) (No. 3) Notice, 1991.

The companies specified in Part I of the Schedule shall be exempt from the payment of import licence fees under section three A of the Act in respect of the goods specified in Part II of the Schedule.
