§ 2The companies specified in Part I of the Schedule shallProvision

The companies named in Part I of the Schedule do not have to pay import licence fees for the goods listed in Part II of the Schedule.

2. The companies specified in Part I of the Schedule shall be exempt from the payment of import licence fees under section three A of the Act in respect of the goods specified in Part II of the Schedule.
