8th March, 1993 Statutory Instruments 113 •· GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBIA STATIJTORY INSTRUMENT No. 37 OF 1993 The Emergency Powers Act (Laws, Volume Ill, Cap. 108) The Emergency Regulations, 1993 IN EXERCISE of the powers contained in section three of the Emergency Powers Act, the following Regulations are hereby made: I. These Regulations may be cited as the Emergency Title Regulations, 1993. 2. The Preservation of Public Security Regulations made under the Preservation of Public Security Act shall apply as if made under the Emergency Powers Act.
