1. These Rules may be ciLed as the Births and Deaths RegisLra tion (General) (Amendment) Rules. 1996, and shall be read as one with the Births and Deaths RegisLration (General) Rules, in these Rules referred to as the principal Rules. Title Cap.210 p. 10
