25th April, 1997 Statutory Instruments 213 GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBIA STATUTORY INSTRUMENT No. 50 OF 1997 The Property Transfer Tax Act (Laws, Volume 19, Cap. 340) Property Transfer Tax (Exemption) Order, 19,97 IN Exr:Rc1sE of the powers contained in sections six and thirteen of the Property Transfer Tax Act, the following Order is hereby made: I. This Order may be cited as the Property Transfer Tax Title (Exemption) Order, 1991. 2. The zambia Venture Capital Fund Limited shall be exempt from paying any tax under the Act for any transfer of shares by Zambia Venture Capital Fund Limited.
