This section amends the Second Schedule by adding employees of three named companies as a new paragraph.

2. The Second Schedule to the Act is amended by- ( a) the deletion of the word" and" at the end of paragraph (J); (bJ the deletion of the full stop at theendofparagraphg (g); and the substitution therefor of a semi-colon and .the word "and" and tneaddition thereafter ofthe word" and"; and ( c) the addition after paragraph ( g) of the following new · paragraph: ( h) employees of Konkola Copper Mines Pie, ZCCM (Sn1elterco) Limited and ZCCM (Mineco) Limited.
