National Pension Scheme (Exemption) (No. 2) Order, 2000

1. This Order may be cited as the National Pension Scheme Title (Exemption) (No. 2) Order, 2000.

2. The Second Schedule to the Act is amended by- ( a) the deletion of the word" and" at the end of paragraph (/); (b) the deletion of the full stop at the end of paragraph ( g) and the substitution therefor of a semi-<Xllon and the word u_and n; and (c) the addition after paragraph (b) of the following new paragraph: Amendmcnl. ofSecond Schaluleto Act (h) employees-Of Konkola C:opper Mines Pie, ZCCM (Smelterco) Limited and Mopani Copper-Mines Pie.
