This section amends the Act’s Second Schedule by adding a new paragraph for employees of Konkola Copper Mines Plc, ZCCM (Smelterco) Limited, and Mopani Copper Mines Plc.

2. The Second Schedule to the Act is amended by- ( a) the deletion of the word" and" at the end of paragraph (/); (b) the deletion of the full stop at the end of paragraph ( g) and the substitution therefor of a semi-<Xllon and the word u_and n; and (c) the addition after paragraph (b) of the following new paragraph: Amendmcnl. ofSecond Schaluleto Act (h) employees-Of Konkola C:opper Mines Pie, ZCCM (Smelterco) Limited and Mopani Copper-Mines Pie.
