Environmental Protection and Pollution Control Environmental Impact Assessment (Amendment) Regulations, 2000

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Environmental Pro­ tection and Pollution Control Environmental Impact Assessment (Amendment) Regulations, 2000 and shall be read as one with the Environmental Protection and Pollution Control Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations, in these Regulations referred to as the principal Regulations. 2. The principal Regulations are amended by the repeal of the Fifth Schedule thereto· and the substitution therefor of the Fifth Schedule set out-in the Appendix to these Regulations.
