The fees under regulation 3 are waived for the class of persons listed in the Schedule.

2. The fees payable under regulation 3 of the Immigration and Deportation Regulations are hereby waived in respect of the Class of persons specified in the Schedule. Waiver of fees Cap. 123 P. 2 SCHEDULE (Paragraph 2) Personnel from China who have been employed by the Ministry oflnfonnation and Broadcasting Services for Installation of FM Radio Transmitters in pursuance· of an Agreement between- the Governments of the Republic of China and thp Republic of Zambia.
