Air Services (Permit Fees) Regulations, 2001

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Air Services (Permit Title Fees) Regulations, 2001.

2. The fees set out in the Schedule to these Regulations shall be paid on application for an air services permit, or for the issuance of an air services permit. as the case may be as specified therein. Permit application Fees

Price K500 each. 110 Statutory Instruments 9th March, 2001 "large aircraft operator" means an applicant whose aircraft, to which the aircraft relates, satisfies tlie following requirements: (a) the maximum all up weight of at least one alrcraft exceeds 15,000kg (33,000!b); ( b) the maximum approved seating capacity of at lease one aircraft exceeds 42 passengers; or ( c) the total fleet of aircraft exceeds 8 aircraft.
