This Order prohibits anyone from importing the listed goods into Zambia from Zimbabwe.

1. This Order may be cited as the Control of Goods (Import and Export) (Prohibition of Imports) Order, 2002. 2. No person shall import into the Republic of Zambia from the Republic of Zimbabwe the goods set out in the Schedule to this Order.

A person who contravenes this Order commits an offence and can be fined or imprisoned on conviction.

3. Any person who contravenes the provisions of this Order commits an offence and is liable upon conviction to a fine not exceeding fifteen thousand penalty units or to imprisonment for a period not exceeding four months, or to both; and on conviction for a second or subsequent offence, to a fine not exceeding sixty thousand penalty units or to imprisonment for a period not exceeding six months or to both.
