Supplement to the Republic o(Zambia Government Gazette dated Friday. 9th May. 2003 STATUTORY INSTRUMENT No. 45 OF 2003 The Chiefs Act (Laws, Volume 16, Cap. 287) The Chiefs (Recognition) (No. 7) Order, 2003 WHEREAS the President is satisfied that the person named in the Schedule to this Order is entitled to hold the_office specified therein as required by subsection (2) of secion three of the Chiefs Act: Now THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers contained in section three of the Chiefs Act, the following Order is hereby made: I. Thi_s Order be cited as the Chiefs (Recognition) (No. 7) Order, Title 2003. 2. The person named in the Schedule is hereby recognised as being Recognition of Chief within the area in Zambia described in the Schedule, the holder of the office specified in the Schedule.
