28thJanuary,2004 Statutor)' lnstrome11ts 9 GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBIA STAT!ITORY INSTRUMENT No. 5 OF 2004 The Chiefs Act (Laws, Volume 16, Cap. 287) The Chiefs (Recognition) (No. 4) Order, 2004 WHEREAS the President is satisfied that the person named in the Schedule to this Order is entitled to hold the office specified therein as required by subsection (2) of section three of the Chiefs Act; Now IBEREFORE, in exercise of the powers contained in section three of the Chiefs Act, the following Order is hereby made: I. This Order may be cited as the Chiefs (Recognition) (No. 4) Title Order, 2004. 2. The person named in the Schedule to this Order is hereby Recognition ofChief recognised as being, within the area in Zambia described in the Schedule, the holder of the office specified in the Schedule.
