23rd April, 2004 Statutory Instruments 129 GOVERNMENTOFZAMBIA STATUTORY INSTRUMENT No. 51 OF 2004 The Chiefs Act (Laws, Volume 16, Cap. 287) The Chiefs (Recognition) (No. 8) Order, 2004 WHEREAS the President is satisfied that the person named in the Schedule to this Order is entitled to hold the office specified therein as required by subsection (2) of section three of the Chiefs Act: Now THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers contained in section three of the Chiefs Act, the following Order is hereby made: I. This Order may be cited as tl1e Chiefs (Recognition) (No. 8) Title Order, 2004. 2. The Person named in the Schedule to this Order is hereby Recognition of recognised as being, within the area in Z ambia described in the Chiefs Schedule, the holder of the office specified in the Schedule.
