Supplement to the Republic of Zambia Government Gazette dated Friday 22nd July, 2005 225 GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBIA STATUTORY INSTRUMENT No. 45 OF 2005 The Chiefs Act (Laws, Volume 16, Cap. 287) The Chiefs (Recognition) (No.4) Order, 2005 WHEREAS the President 1s satisfied that the person named in the Schedule to this Order is entilted to hold the office specified therein as required by subsection (2) of section three of the Chiefs Act. Now TIIEREFORE, in exercise of the powers contained in section three of the Chiefs Act, the following Order 1s hereby made: I. This Order may be cited as the Chiefs (Recognition) (No. 4) Title Order, 2005. 2. The person named m the Schedule to this Order is hereby recognised as being, within the area in Zambia described in the Schedule, the holder of the office specified in the Schedule.
