5th August, 2005 Statutory Instruments 231 GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBIA STATUTORY INS TRUMENT No. 48 OF 2005 The Chiefs Act (Laws, Volume 16, Cap. 287) The Chiefs (Recognition) (No. 7) Order, 2005 WHEREAS the President is satisfied that the person named in the Schedule to this Order is entitled to hold the office specified therein as required by subsection (2) of section three of the Chiefs Act; Now THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers contained in section three of the Chiefs Act, the following Order is hereby made: I. This Order may be cited as the Chiefs (Recognition) (No. 7) Title Order, 2005. 2. The person named in the Schedule to this Order is hereby Recognition of chief recognised as being, within the area in Zambia described in the Schedule, the holder of the office specified in the Schedule.
