A judge stationed at Lusaka must hold sessions at Lusaka on specified Mondays each month listed in the provision. High Court sessions in the Copperbelt Province are to be held at Ndola by a Judge stationed there on specified Mondays in certain months. A Judge stationed at Livingstone must hold sessions in Southern Province at Livingstone and Mazabuka on specified Mondays and Tuesday each year. A Judge stationed at Kabwe must hold sessions at Kabwe on specified Mondays in January, July, March, May, September, and November. Judges stationed at Lusaka and Ndola must hold sessions in Mongu and Kasama on specified monthly dates.
