13th July, 2007 Statutory Instruments 167 GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBIA STATUTORY INSTRUMENT No. 54 OF 2007 The Chiefs Act (Laws, Volume I 6, Cap. 287) The Chiefs (Recognition) (No. 4) Order, 2007 WHEREAS the President is satisfied that the person named in the Schedule to this Order is entitled to hold the office specified therein as required by subsection (2) of section three of the Chiefs Act: Now THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers contained in section three of the Chiefs Act, the following Order is hereby made:. I. This Order may be cited as the Chiefs (Recognition) Title (No. 4) Order, 2007. 2. The person named in the Schedule to this Order is hereby Recognition of Chief recognised as being, within the area in Zambia described in the Schedule, the holderof the office specified in the Schedule.
