22nd February, 2008 Statutory Instruments 141 GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBIA STATUTORY INSTRUMENT No. 28 OF 2008 The Chiefs Act (Laws, Volume 16, Cap. 287) The Chiefs (Recognition) (No. 2) Order, 2008 WHEREAS the President is satisfied that the person named in the Schedule to this Order is entitled to hold the office specified therein as required by subsection (2) of section three of the Chiefs Act: Now THEREFORE , in exercise of the powers contained in section three of the Chiefs Act, the following Order is hereby made: I. This Order may be cited as the Chiefs (Recognition) Title (No. 2)Order, 2008. 2. The person named in the Schedule is hereby recognised as being within the area in Zambia described in the Schedule, the holder of the office specified in the Schedule. Recognition of Chief ! SCHEDULE (Paragraph 2) Area Kashenga and Central Lunga Holder of Office Gideon Kajoba DR. LEVY. P.
