This section amends the Second Schedule by replacing two deadline phrases with new dates tied to 30 September 2010.

2. The Second Schedule to the Act is amended in paragraph Amendment of Second Schedule 2 - (a) by the deletion, in subparagraph (1) of the words "within a period of two years from the commencement to this Act" and the substitution therefor of the words "by 30th September, 2010"; and (b) by the deletion in subparagraph (2), of the words "two years after the commencement of this Act" and the substitution therefor of the words "after 30th September, 2010".
