29th January, 20 IO Statutory Instruments 41 GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBIA STATUTORY INSTRUMENT NO. 8 OF 2010 The Chiefs Act (Laws, Volume 16, Cap. 287) The Chiefs (Recognition) (No. 2) Order, 2010 WHEREAS the President is satisfied that the person named in the Schedule to this Order is entitled to hold the office specified therein as required by subsection (2) of section three of the Chiefs Act: Now THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers contained in section three of the Chiefs Act, the following Order is hereby made: I. This Order may be cited as the Chiefs (Recognition) Title (No.3) Order, 2010. 2. The person named in the Schedule to this Order is hereby recognised as being within the area in Zambia described in the Schedule, the holder of the office specified in the Schedule. Recognition of Chief SCHEDULE (Paragraph 2) Area Chikuni Holder of Office Fanwell Chikalakasa Office ChiefChitanda of the Lenje People of Chibombo District in the Central Province LUSAKA 12th January, 2010 [ CHF.1/11/1 RUPIAH B.
