l stApril, 2011 Statutory Instruments GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBIA STATUTORY INSTRUMENT No. 28 OF 20 J J The Chiefs Act (Laws, Volume I 6, Cap. 287) The Chiefs (Recognition) (No. 2) Order, 2011 WHEREAS the Presdient is satisfied that the person named in the Schedule is entitled to hold the office specified therein as required by subsection (2) of section three of the Chiefs Act: Now THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers contained in section three of the Chiefs Act, the following Order is hereby made: I. This Order may be cited as the Chiefs (Recognition) Title (No. 2) Order, 2011. 2. The person named in the Schedule is hereby recognised as Recognition of Chief being, within the area in Zambia described in the Schedule, the holder of the office specified in the Schedule.
