I stApril, 20 I 1 Statutory Instruments 107 GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBIA STATUTORY INSTRUMENT No. 29 OF 2011 The Chiefs Act (Laws, Volume 16, Cap. 287) The Chiefs (Recognition) (No. 3) Order, 2011 WHEREAS the Presdient is satisfied that the person named in the Schedule is entitled to hold the office specified therein as required by subsection (2) of section three of the Chiefs Act: Now THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers contained in section three of the Chiefs Act, the following Order is hereby made: I. This Order may be cited as the Chiefs (Recognition) Title (No. 3) Order, 2011. 2. The person named in the Schedule is hereby recognised as Recognition of Chief being, within the area in Zambia described in the Schedule, the holder of the office specified in the Schedule.
