Income Tax (China-Africa Development Fund) (Approval and Exemption) Order, 2011

2. With respect to the Agreement described in the Schedule, China-Africa Development Fund is hereby approved for the purpose of exemption from tax. Approval of foreign organisation

3. The income of the organisation approved in paragraph 2 shall be exempt from tax pursuant to subparagraph (5) of paragraph 5 of Part III of the Second Schedule to the Act.
