This Order may be cited as the Property Transfer Tax Title (Exemption) Order, 2012. 2. The transfer of ordinary shares in China Non-Ferrous Metal Mining (Group) Company Limited to the Government of the Republic of Zambia shall be exempt from property transfer tax.
