2. In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires- Interpretation " re-manufacturing" means the process of disassembly and reconditioning of machinery or equipment at the module or component level and the repair or replacement of degraded parts or obsolete modules and components which affect the performance of the expected life of the machinery or equipment.

3. The Second Schedule to the Act is amended by the insertion, immediately after paragraph (r), of the following new paragraph: (s) re-manufacturing of mining machinery, equipment, parts and components.
