§ 2Regulation I O of the principal Regulations is amended bySubstitution

The Authority is not liable to refund a universal service provider if the provider’s designation is revoked under this regulation.

2. Regulation I O of the principal Regulations is amended by the deletion of sub-regulation ( 4) and the substitution therefor of the following: Amendment of regulation 10 (4) The Authority shall not be liable to refund a universal service provider whose designation is revoked in terms of this regulation.
