Supplement to the Republic of Zambia Government Gazette dated Friday. 31st May, 2013 385 GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBIA STATUTORY INSTRUMENT No. 43 OF 2013 The Chiefs Act (Laws, Volume 16, Cap. 287) The Chiefs (Recognition) (No. 6) Order, 2013 WHEREAS the President is satisfied that the person named in the Schedule to this Order is entitled to hold the office specified therein as required by subsection (2) of section three of the Chiefs Act: Now THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers contained in section three of the Chiefs Act, the following Order is hereby made: I. This Order may be cited as the Chiefs (Recognition) Title (No. 6) Order, 2013. 2. The person named in the Schedule is hereby recognised as Recognition being, within the area in Zambia described in the Schedule, the of Chief holder of the office specified in the Schedule.
