Animal Health (Control and Prevention of Animal Disease) Order, 2014

2. ( 1) An owner of an animal shall vaccinate the animal against Mandatory vaccination the diseases in the areas specified in the Schedule. (2) A veterinary assistant shall, where an animal is vaccinated in accordance with this Order, enter the vaccination dates and farmer cards into the stock register. (3) An owner of a vaccinated animal shall give a veterinary assistant the used vaccine vials for verification and disposal. ( 4) A vaccinating veterinarian shall issue a vaccination certificate for African Horse sickness and Rabies to an owner of an animal vaccinated against African Horse sickness and Rabies. 50 Statutory Instruments 21st March, 2014 SCHEDULE (Paragraph 2) SPECIFIED DISEASES AND AREAS I.
