§ 2The transfer of property by Millennium Challange AccountProvision

Transfers of property by Millennium Challenge Account Zambia, and by eligible persons or individuals under the 2013 Compact Act, are exempt from property transfer tax.

2. The transfer of property by Millennium Challange Account Zambia and any person or individual eligible for property transfer tax exemption as provided for in the Millennium Challange Compact Act, 2013 shall be exempt from property transfer tax. exemption from tax Act No. 6 of 2013 LUSAKA 8th June, 2015 [MFB.101/11/3] A.
