1. These Regulations may be cited as the Customs and Excise (Manganese, Nickel and Particle Board) (Export Duty) (Remission) Regulations, 2016. Title

2. The Commissioner-General shall remit the duty payable on the goods set out in the Schedule when exported.

3. The Customs and Excise (Manganese) (Export Duty) (Suspension) Order, 2012, is revoked. Remission of export duty Revocation of S. I.
