Local Forest (No. 315: Chipilepile) (Cessation) Order, 2016

1. This Order may be cited as the Local Forest (No. 315: Title Chipilepile) (Cessation) Order, 2016.

2. The area described as Protected Forest No. 315 Chipilepile in the Protected Forest Area No. 315: Chipilepile (Declaration) Order, 1973, and declared to be a local forest in the Second Schedule to the Local Forest (Declaration) Order, 1975, shall cease to be a Local Forest from the date of the publication of this Order.
