Purpose and legislative effect
“These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Aviation Title Authority (Fees) Regulations, 2016.”
These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Aviation Title Authority (Fees) Regulations, 2016. The fees listed in the Schedule must be paid for the matters listed in that Schedule. This provision lists licence, rating, and certificate fee items for flight crew and cabin crew, including issue, duplicate, renewal, and exam charges. This section lists the fee units for various flight crew and cabin crew examinations and licence conversion examinations. This provision lists the fee units payable for different Air Traffic Controller’s Licence actions, including issue, renewal, examination, rating oral examination, endorsement, station validation, and conversion.
