Statute overview

About this statute

This section gives the Regulations’ short title. This section defines “live bird,” “market,” and “reservation scheme” for these Regulations. Only targeted citizens and certain citizen-linked companies may sell live birds in a market or another place designated by written law. Domestic haulage for public procurement works is reserved for targeted citizens and citizen-linked companies; others may only do private haulage. A person who operates or carries on business in a reserved sector or sub-sector commits an offence.
