Electoral Process (Local Government By Elections) (Election Date and Time of Poll) (No. 3) Order, 2018

1. This Order may be cited as the Electoral Process (Local Government By Elections) (Election Date and Time of Poll) (No. 3) Order, 2018. Title

2. A candidate for election as a mayor or councillor in the district and ward set out in the Schedule shall lodge a nomination with the returning officer on Tuesday, 26th June, 2018, between 0900 hours and 1500 hours. Date and Time of nominations for elections

3. The campaign period shall commence on Tuesday, 26th June, 2018 hours at 1500 hours and close at 1800 hours on Wednesday, 25th July, 2018. Campaign period

4. (1) The poll for the election of a mayor or councillor in the district and ward set out in the Schedule shall take place on Thursday, 26th July, 2018, between 0600 hours and 1800 hours.
