1. This Order may be cited as the Electoral Process (Local Government By-Elections) (Election Date and Time of Poll) (No. 4) Order, 20 I 9. Title

2. A candidate for election as a councillor in the wards set out in the Schedule shall lodge a nomination with the Returning Officer on Thursday, 23rd May, 2019, between 0900 hours and 1500 hours. Date and time of nominations for elections

3. The campaign period shall commence onThursday, 23rd May, 2019, at 1500 hours and close at 1800 hours on Wednesday, 5th June,2019. Campaign period
