This Order may be cited as the Solid Waste Management Title Act (Commencement) Order, 2019. 2. The Solid Waste Management Act, 2018, shall come into operation on the date of publication of this Order. Commence­ ment of Act No. 20 of 2018 LUSAKA 22nd May, 2019 [MLG. 101/22/144] Minister of Local Government V.
