1. This Order may be cited as the Electoral Process (Local Government By-Elections) (Election Date and Time of Poll) (No. 6) Order, 2019. Title

2. A candidate for election as a councillor in a district and ward set out in the Schedule shall lodge a nomination with the Returning Officer on Tuesday, 17th September, 2019, between 0900 hours and 1500 hours. Date and time of nomination for elections

3. The campaign period shall commence onTuesday, 17th July, 2019, at 1500 hours and close at 1800 hours on Wednesday, 9th October, 2019. Campaign period

4. (1) The poll for the election of a councillor in a district and ward set out in the Schedule shall take place on Thursday, 10th October, 2019, between 0600 hours and 1800 hours. Election date and times of poll (2) A poll shall not be taken in a ward if only one candidate is validly nominated.
