2. A candidate for election as a councillor in a district and ward set out in the Schedule shall lodge a nomination with the Returning Officer on Thursday, 16th January, 2020, between 0900 hours and 1500 hours.

4. (1) The poll for the election of a councillor in a district and ward set out in the Schedule shall take place on Thursday, 13th February, 2020, between 0600 hours and 1800 hours.
